Darcy has gained extensive experience working at the New Zealand police as a Police Officer, a Sergeant, a Senior Sergeant, and a Police Physical Training Instructor / Trainer specialising in Defensive Tactics and Self-Defence. In 2013 Darcy began delivering Staff Safety, Professional Communications and Investigations training to Central & Local Government agencies. This expanded to the corporate sector where specialised training in similar areas was designed and developed specific to client needs.
Darcy has been involved with over 60 diverse organisations across four countries in the last 10 years and he combines his own frontline experience with his training expertise within New Zealand Police for a comprehensive approach to your training needs.
Darcy is also a current serving Fisheries officer (honorary) and in his spare time conduct patrols around the Canterbury area focusing on recreational fisheries ensuring education and compliance with current fisheries regulations.
